Lucy has got close to 40 years of planning an development experience in the public and private sector, and is an accredited member of the Royal Institute of Town Planning.
Josh has grown up learning from the best, with an eye for detail and interest in sustainable development.
Together, Carpenter Planning was formed, working throughout the South East of England.
